This little blue 1975 Fiat 500 caught my attention on the streets of Paris. You can get an idea of just how small these cars really are when you compare it to the Peugeout behind it, also a compact car by todays standards. Perhaps the old Fiat 500 is actually smaller than a Smart Car.
Either this car is getting pushed around on the streets, or the owner likes to weasel into really tight parking spaces.
You can see how that front end is all dented up around the headlights. Maybe it got backed into unnoticed to a car parked in front…it is so tiny you just might not see it there.
Look at all that lovely chrome. It is amazing how good looking a car can look with chrome details. I love how the front windows are surrounded by the chrome strips. It gives life and character.
Wow, those 2 vehicles are really close. They look attached!
Lets take a closer look. The Fiat bumper seems to be inside the Peugeot.
You can get a bit of a peek into the interior. Looks like some nice burgundy seats in the back.
You got to love how these cars are made a convertible by rolling back just a simple flap on the roof.
I wonder how many times those headlights have been replaced. Lots of dents in the front, but perhaps that bumper has managed to fend off the tough encounters. Sure is a nice shiny blue paint job.
So, there you have it a wonderful looking 1975 Fiat 5oo nestled in on the streets of Paris!
