This car is an absolute gem, and shockingly rare!
Get a load of this fabulous 1975 Buick LeSabre Custom Convertible found in Toronto. This particular year was the last time that it actually rolled off the production line. It was part of the 4th edition. All in all between 1971-1975 only 5300 total were produced!
I’ll say it once, and I will say it again many more times, they simply don’t make them like they used to…check it out this is some great design!
Look at the size of that front hood! It needs it to fit that big V8 engine inside.
The headlights are really cool looking. I love it when they really bring them into the design of the hood down the sides.
Look at all that chrome in both the front grill and bumper area, but also weaved into these fantastic looking rear tail lights. Amazing!
Here is a look from the back end. That bumper vaguely reminds me of the 1973 Buick Riviera, but it just isn’t quite as extravagant as the “boat tail” that beauty.
This LeSabre was a 6 passenger (although I bet you could get at least 10 in there) full-size car, and one hell of a rear wheel drive beast.
That bumper is nuts. Solid steel. Look out.
Here is a closer look at the interior. Beautiful chrome wrapping the windshield of this stellar convertible. Nice white leather (or vinyl).
Very nice midnight blue paint job, similar to the Bill Blass 1979 Lincoln Continental Coupe.
Here is a great rear side view of the convertible coupe. Another massive trunk. Not as much as the 1968 Lincoln Continental, but still very large.
How many bodies could you fit in this baby?
I really can’t imagine how any new car from today could take a hit by that front bumper. This thing could knock an engine clear out of most cars on the road today.
With that armrest folded up you could easily fit 4 people up front. Nice cockpit.
And so…there you have it a wonderful rare 1975 Buick LeSabre Custom Convertible!
